Learn how to order sample products to test quality and see your custom designs in person before committing to larger orders
Ordering samples is one of the best ways to experience Roastify's quality firsthand. Whether you're testing a new coffee blend or want to see how your custom packaging looks in real life, sample orders help you make confident decisions for your business.
Why Order Samples?
Before investing in inventory or launching your coffee brand, samples allow you to:
- Verify Quality: Taste the coffee and assess the roasting profile
- See Your Designs: View your custom packaging in person
- Test Materials: Check the durability and appearance of labels and boxes
- Share with Others: Get feedback from potential customers or partners
- Photography: Use professional-looking samples for your marketing content
How to Order Samples
Visit the Order Samples Page
Navigate to Order Samples from the main navigation menu. This page displays all available sample products with their current pricing.
Choose Your Samples
Browse the available sample options. Each sample includes:
- Product image
- Description
- Price
- Available variants (grind type, quantity)
Click on a sample to learn more about that product.
Select Variants
For each sample, you can typically choose:
- Grind Type: Whole bean, drip, espresso, French press, etc.
- Quantity: Select how many units you want to order
Different samples may have different variant options available.
Add to Cart
Once you've selected your desired variants, click Add to Cart. You can continue browsing and add multiple samples to your order.
Review Your Order
Click the cart icon to review your samples. Verify:
- Correct product selections
- Right grind types
- Accurate quantities
Make any adjustments needed before proceeding.
Enter Shipping Information
Provide a valid shipping address where you want your samples delivered. Samples are shipped just like regular orders.
Complete Payment
Samples are prepaid orders. Enter your payment information to complete the purchase. Your payment method on file will be charged.
Track Your Order
Once shipped, you'll receive tracking information via email. You can also view your order status in the Orders section of the app.

We offer several types of samples to help you explore our offerings:
- 12oz Coffee Bags - Our most popular format. Perfect for sampling single-origin coffees or trying new roast levels. Each bag contains 12 ounces of freshly roasted coffee.
- 12oz Boxes - Coffee boxes with individual bags inside. Great for gifting or creating a premium unboxing experience for your customers.
- Coffee Pods - Convenient pods compatible with Keurig and other single-serve brewers. Ideal for customers who prioritize convenience.
- Instant Coffee - Premium instant coffee for customers who want great taste without equipment. Perfect for travel, offices, or outdoor activities.

Sample pricing is designed to be affordable so you can try multiple products:
